Andrew Wootton-Jones, Chartered Surveyor, Director and founder of Evabode property. Having been ‘in Construction’ and Property for now over 25 years now, Andrew has held Director positions in several property markets since 2006, remaining as passionate about the industry today as at the outset.
A Chartered Quantity Surveyor and member of the RICS. RICS: Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors is the world’s leading professional body for qualifications and standards in land, property, infrastructure and construction. An advocate of professional memberships, training and CPD, being a member of the IOD: Institute of Directors, NRLA and training from Suz Cole, Rick Gannon, Simon Zutsi and Natasha Collins via the NCMC (NC members club) ensure knowledge is relevant and up to date.
Passionate about Property and construction, having worked at all levels in the industry from sub-contractor, main contractor, clients professional advisor and as a client/developer himself, Andrew has unique experience, perspective and insight in addition to well honed skills and commercial acumen.
An NRLA accredited landlord, HMO expert and Property consultant, Andrew has expertise in risk and value management, MMC and sustainable construction, appreciating the value of good design and taking a proper strategic risk managed approach to investments.

Co-director and partner is Jane Windsor, her skills complement our business dealing with all matters of governance, compliance, customer liaison and lettings management.
Jane comes from an educational background, with more than 20 years as a Headteacher and educational consultant. Leadership and Management is at the forefront with her expertise, contributing to viability appraisals with her research skills and eagle eye for detail, and her experience managing build projects, running a serviced accommodation business and managing an HMO portfolio.
We work in harmony together ensuring good process controls.
Jane is a member of NAHT, NRLA, IOD and is working towards acquiring ARLA property mark status

Our daughter, Emogene “Amara” Wootton-Jones, has inputted into the business for just over a year, keen to set up her own property business. She currently looks after our Instagram page @_evabode_ , and is involved with the interior design at our properties. As a believer in self-education and diplomacy, Amara often sources research. She has an old head on young shoulders, and with her entrepreneurial instincts, will become a great businesswoman.
