This now includes us being open to working with a very select group of investors who share our values and vision, enabling greater leverage and more timebound results for both parties utilising our unique expertise.<\/li><li>Post Covid, we are specifically looking to deal source from the myriad of new commercial property opportunities that the new <strong>Permitted Development rights<\/strong> (PD rules) are currently being updated to permit.<\/li><li>Commercial property in the wider sense that includes retail and other asset classes, we aim to repurpose property to create residential units in areas of high demand.<\/li><li>We have expertise in dealing with brownfield sites and buildings containing asbestos, invasive weeds and other contamination issues that for us create commercial opportunity as well as being sustainable through reuse and redevelopment.<\/li><li>Eco and sustainable design and material selection requires knowledge and being a step ahead of current legislation.
